Who We Are

A neighborhood fighting for the air it breathes.

Founded in 2003 by residents living along the chemical and synthetic rubber facilities of the Rubbertown corridor, REACT brings the voices of West Louisville to every decision that shapes our air, our health, and our emergency response. We are unpaid neighbors, longtime organizers, scientists, and parents — together.
